Special Medical Professional and Pleasant Staff
I tried 3 or 4 different chiropractors over several years before finding Optimal Care Chiropractic and Dr. Levi. There are many differences between her and every other medical professional with whom I have worked. Most significant among those differences are two things: She makes sure to listen and explain the what and why of her plan of care. She engages with and treats her patients like family and cares for them as such. She works with you on a plan of care that will work for you giving consideration to your whole person (mind, body, and spirit). She is a special medical professional and it doesn not hurt that her staff is very polite, pleasant, and engaging as well. Often I have found that the support staff in a doctor’s office is very difficult to deal with, and, in most cases, unpleasant; if you find a good doctor, you, often, have to tough it out with bad office staff. Not at Optimal Care. I have been a patient for years and I dread the day I relocate and cannot take them with me. – Kalonji C.

It was a completely new experience, I have been to other places and honestly, I am kind of afraid of their methods and adjusting techniques. Dr. Levi has a very unique experience and methods. Simply Amazing!
Dr. Levi, Steffany and Ronessa are simply amazing. I would not have made it through my pregnancy without the care and support they have provided for me and my baby. I was living such an unhealthy lifestyle before I did one of the cleanses and joke about it being the reason I was able to conceive my daughter (I have PCOS and uterine fibroids). The staff has such a calming demeanor if I feel upset or sad I always end up leaving with a smile. Even in the time of my insurance lapsing they were very understanding and worked with me so I could continue care. I am always able to be seen on short notice even when they are busy and my appointment does not feel rushed. Dr Levi has been adjusting my now 2-month-old daughter and has done so since she was one week old. I do not consider the staff at Optimal Care as just one of my doctor’s office, they have become so much more than that to me, my daughter and I am forever grateful. – Latoya H.

I Was Treated and Valued as Family
At Optimal Care, you are treated and valued as family. Why is or should this be important? Because I have found that many medical professionals do not care about you or your health personally. They care about their bottom line; receiving revenue. Receiving revenue and making a living are important, but there should also be some balance. I have never felt as good as I do or confident about the improvement of my health until I found this office!!! Amazing, Caring and Intuitive Professional
Dr. Levi is an amazing, caring and intuitive professional. After experiencing an unexpected trip down my stairs, I was in pain for over two weeks until my daughter insisted I see Dr. Levi. Sure wish I had listened sooner. After the first visit, the pain was significantly reduced and I could sit, stand, and sleep without intense pain. Thank you, God for blessing us with Dr. Levi!
